Returns Policy

While it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Bay Bridesmaid purchase, we encourage you to contact us if you have experienced any issues. We have simplified our returns policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:
 
If there are any problems please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. Strictly no exception if you are away when the parcel arrives.  
 
We accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.  We recommend that you return an item using track and trace as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing. 
 
On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridesmaid after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item.  
 
If we can’t replace a faulty item in time for your event then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date or alternatively a full refund.
 
All returns must be packaged carefully in the plastic packaging they are sent in with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale. Items that smell of bod odors, smoke or strong perfumes may be declined at our discretion.
