CHANGE OF MIND
If you are not happy with your item we accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost - flat rate $10 (non-rural), $15 (Rural). Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you return an item using track and trace as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing.
On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty, we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridesmaid after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item. If we can’t replace a faulty item then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.
Notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. No exception if you are away when the parcel arrives. All returns must be packaged carefully and returned to us with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale. Items that smell of body odours, smoke or strong perfumes may be declined at our discretion. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.
