We offer free track and trace shipping to all customers. 

Shipping times may be affected by customs and global weather. If you need your dress for a specific date, contact our customer service department before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.

RETURNS 

We accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost - flat rate $10 (non rural), $15 (Rural). Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.  We recommend that you return an item using track and trace as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing. 

FAULTY ITEMS

On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridesmaid after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item. If we can’t replace a faulty item in time for your event then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date or alternatively a full refund. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.

IMPORTANT

Notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. No exception if you are away when the parcel arrives.  All returns must be packaged carefully in the plastic packaging they are sent in with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale. Items that smell of body odors, smoke or strong perfumes may be declined at our discretion. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.
