Bay Bridesmaid and Ballgowns is open on Saturdays for appointments only. Bookings are for one hour; however, if more time is required, we can book your group back-to-back. We're located in the arcade at 263 High Street, Motueka, just opposite The Warehouse and there's easy parking in the New World car park.

We're happy to take your request over the phone; just call Sharleen on 0204 969 108 before 6pm. Alternatively you can book a one hour Saturday appointment online:

- Select an available time using the button above
- Add to Cart
- Add your phone number as a "special instruction", then click "Check Out" button
- Fill out your details, then click "Continue to payment" (No actual payment is required, although the system wants you to "pay" as a way to confirm the booking.)

If you don't receive email confirmation of your appointment, then we didn't receive it either. Again, you're welcome to call Sharleen on 0204 969 108 to confirm.



Free Shipping applies to all of our New Zealand, Australian and USA Customers. The following timeframes are taking current covid delays into account.


Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, customs and global weather. If you need your dress for a specific date, contact our customer service department before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.

We currently only ship to New Zealand, Australia and USA but would be happy to offer a shipping quote to other countries. Please contact us for your free quote at

    While it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Bay Bridesmaid purchase, we encourage you to contact us if you have experienced any issues. 





    With many events being cancelled due to covid regulations please understand that we cannot accept return for such items.  Please purchase at your own risk.


    If you are not happy with your item we accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost - flat rate $10 (non-rural), $15 (Rural). Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.  We recommend that you return an item using track and trace as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing. 




    On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty, we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridesmaid after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item. If we can’t replace a faulty item then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.



    Notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. No exception if you are away when the parcel arrives.  All returns must be packaged carefully and returned to us with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale. Items that smell of body odours, smoke or strong perfumes may be declined at our discretion. Please contact us for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning.
